Association Management
Our team specializes in association management. Members of our team currently serve as the executive director, communications director, and administrative support teams for a handful of well-known Oregon advocacy associations. Our expertise in both association management and lobbying allows us to better understand the importance of the intersection between the management of the association and the ultimate role of the association as the voice of its members.
Legislative Advocates ensures the associations we manage are prepared internally to engage externally when important issues that impact their mission and their membership emerge. We prepare our associations and their members to effectively communicate how their industry will be impacted by policy decisions. Few firms have the depth of experience and success in representing association clients at the Oregon Capitol as Legislative Advocates.
Our association management services include:
Association startup, including development of by-laws, dues structures, and board structures
Administrative, such as tax filing and reporting, record management, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
